    I had a jam tonight and just wasn't happy with my tone at all. Whole band was out of sync so that didn't help, but somehow I thought: "Brown Eye, that'll fix it."....

    :) what were you using?

    I almost had a deal agreed for one but it didn't work out, doubt there will be any others but thought it was worth a try. I can't justify the new price of a BE so might have to opt for a small box.. Need better small Box demos though before I decide.

    My same as always pedal board into my SLO Clone. It sounded awesome last night and the night before and to a certain degree it still did tonight. 

    My hands were really weak tonight though and I thought that it was my beloved guitar's fault too. An off night I guess.

    great plexi channel takes boosts great also as does the be channel , put an ep booster in front and your in hbe territory. plexi channel also does a superb clean too,

    Thats the be channel but on the be i run the sat switch so its a bit more gainy and compressed, love both of them my amp buying days are over now.,,,,

    I was always a big Cornford fan but have just seen some YouTube vids of Friedman vs Cornford and the Friedman makes the MK50 look shite.

    Huge thick tone. They're pricey but looks to be worth it if they're as good if not better than the videos would suggest.
