Hanging around as I changed my mind about a new neck as these are redundant.  £60+ on the internet in the UK and about the same after you add postage and VAT from the USA.

    Looking at the picture they appear to have the thumb wheel which you turn to lock and unlock

    If they're the same as the ones on my Strat (and they look the same), they're staggered at two levels - higher up for the bottom three strings. 

    Which is a "yes", I suppose.

    And, yes, you tighten the wheel on the back, where the Fender "f" is.

    As has been said, they lock via the wheel ay the back.  Not sure if they're staggered or not tbh.  I oreceived them some weeks ago and haven't opened the packet.

    The posts on the Fender/Ping locking ‘heads are drilled so that the correct string break angles can be achieved, possibly, without recourse to string guide(s).

    I have a lightly used set in the tasteful chrome finish. The locator pegs on the gear casings match “modern” MIM headstock drillings.
