    It happens when you edit a comment that's got a YouTube video in it - it's a bug in the editor that I haven't been able to squash, unfortunately.

    However, when you're aware of it...before you edit a comment, click the YouTube video in it and open it in a new tab, then delete the video in the comment and copy-paste the URL back in when you've finished editing.

    I know it sounds like a faff, but it's pretty quick.
