    I may have one somewhere from when I had a soldano hotmod. 6K11 also work fine in them & usually about half the price.

    I've got a Fender branded 6C10 but I suspect it's not new as the Fender lettering is worn, and I've no way of checking it

    Yes I do! As a matter of fact I have a couple of never used NOS 6C10 bought from Watford Valves a few years back. I then sold my Superchamp so the valves have just sat unused and forgotten ever since - until now.
