    I will have a set of Fender vintage style tele pickups out of my 62 Classic shortly.  I quote

    The vintage-voiced pickups have a good blend of chime and muscle to remind you that a good Telecaster can do pretty much anything! This is an excellent sounding guitar that responds well to volume control changes.
