    Wow!

You've had a busy few weeks of superb NGDing.

Need to see a money shot of the BRZ back!

Very nice - did you buy it new? Where do you find Goodalls in the UK?

    not new, it's from 2008
you have to keep a search on ebay and reverb

Acoustic music co in Brighton used to do them

North American guitars might have them sometimes?

I'm getting flamed maple binding on the new Avalon
Your guitar will already have been seasoned with the Tonerite

I played one once in Ivor Mairants (it was s/h) - if I'd realised it might be the only one I ever came across I'd have paid it more attention - I do remember really liking it but not knowing enough about them to be brave enough to add it to my then-shortlist.

Actually I think that was the day that it turned out "the other guy" in the shop was @jellyroll buying something fancy and OM-ish ?

It was Spruce, was generally of dreadnought-like dimensions but a slightly different outline but more than that I don't recall

Yes, but for fingerpicking not as good as the Rosewood/cedar jumbo I had bought later

  • How are you finding this compared to the Avalons?
The Goodalls sound brilliant just from online clips...

They are Ard-ri level. Much stronger brand name, so no bargains to be had
    KGC should be very nice
