Very interesting video, thanks for sharing. I think that's the first time I've heard a luthier discuss string height off the soundboard as being something to deliberately play with as a means of voicing the guitar. Is that common in these luthier circles?

I'm glad you enjoyed it! Yes, string height off the soundboard is just one of the variables taken into account when voicing a luthier-built acoustic guitar. It's certainly a vital part of Rory's approach.
