FS/FT Mesa Boogie Mark V head w/ flight case. offers!

so as some you guys may have read on here, im not fan of this kind of overdrive any more so the mark v has to go!

it has mainly been used live, but it been taken care by me and has always been in its flightcase. its in overall very good condition but it does have a couple of dinks on the front section of the cabinet (previous owner). i will focus on these in the photos.

tubes were recently checked over by Wynne Jenkins down here in the swansea area if anybody knows him (great guy, knows his stuff, especially electronics)

and theyve all got plenty of life left.

the amp functions spot on. it did have a dodgy master volume pot as some guys will remember me talking about, but was replaced with a genuine mesa pot so now it functions exactly how it should.

it also comes with a flightcase warehouse case, as well as the mesa cover and the footswitch of course.

additionally i have a rjm mark v cable if anybody uses the mini amp gizmo etc..

trades/part ex: open to part ex's on amps worth less than £1000. just see what takes my fancy

May be interested in this,

Gutshots would be good if you 're planning to go in and fix that pot.

Age, history and type of use (live, home etc) would help too.

Not nocking anyone's sale.. but you'll have a much better chance selling it if you get the fault fixed first.. That's a lot of cash for a faulty amp (Sold my Mark V head recently in perfect condition for less than yours and it was a hard sell, adding in a fault is going to make it harder.)

fair enough, ive not seen any for sale so ive put at what i think is fair seeing as theyre 2500 new. i was going to fix it before putting it up but i thought i would anyway seeing as a lot of people will know that a dirty pot isnt a big deal. it is on my list of things to do, just hard when you have a full time job and gig every weekend
