WITHDRAWN

Kinman Traditional Mark 2 Stratocaster Pickups K9 Harness Loaded Black Pickguard £225

Black 3-ply pickguard.

The traditional Mark 2 sounds brighter than the Mark 3 - more sparkly and genuine vintage strat (I feel they dulled the mark 3 to highlight the sparkle of their Impersonator range)...

Bridge: Avn 62b

Middle: Avn 56

Neck: Avn 56

Plenty of quack in the in-between positions

Black pickup covers without the Kinman logo - the logo looks wonky and so I carefully removed it...

K9 harness:

1. Push-Push pot to switch position 2 (Bridge + Middle) between series & parallel

2. 2nd tone control: 'Neck Roll-In’

3. Choice of Tone Capacitors (22nf and Kinman’s Hi Definition Cap)

Output cable

Flat stagger

    Hi Lento

I hadn’t originally planned on selling the neck, which was made for me by Martin Sims.

However, if it would be more convenient for someone to purchase the guitar as a whole - then yes I would consider selling it.

Another option is of course to buy the fully loaded body (with the loaded pick guard) - so all that remains would be to attach a neck...

Martin Sims Neck £300 (cost me £450)

    - Slim C
    - Birds Eye Maple
    - Dark Indian Rosewood fingerboard
    - 16 inch radius
    - 22 x Stainless Steel 6100 frets (1.4mm high x 2.8mm wide)
    - Back angled headstock - with scarf joint
          (no need for string trees)
          (no risk of headstock breaks)
    - Bone nut with beautifully cut slots
    - Generic locking tuners (do the job perfectly)
    - Rich Rendall (lam68) could easily remove my name from the headstock and put on a custom decal of your choice

    Loaded pickguard (£200)
Kinman Traditional Mk2 flat stagger with K9 Harness
    Allows
2nd tone pot is a push-push for series / parallel switching of Bridge + Middle pickups
    2nd tone pot is a Neck roll-in / roll-out

Thanks for the reply Jaymenon. A lovely looking guitar and I'm also a fan of a flatter radius on fretboards.
    My Yamaha's are 13.75.

I'll be thinking this over regarding the whole guitar .....

Are you anywhere near Manchester ?
