Taylor string spacing

What's Hot
Is there any variation from model to model?
I tried a 214c and a 314c and found them a tad narrow for my chunky fingers.
Not a problem I usually find with acoustics, more an electric thing with me.

There is, I think lower end Taylors use 1 11/16, while the more expensive ones use 1 3/4

Hi @AliGorie . At the nut. I struggled a bit with the spacing, wasn't comfortable.

I have a 312 and it has a 1 3/4 nut. You can order them in different widths but it’s a special order and obviously costs more. Check out the Taylor website - all the specs are on there.

Thanks for that info I'll have a look. 1 3/4 would be ideal for me.
