    I'm Looking  to put together a 2x12 cab and I read in that thread that @ICBM said that the G12T 75/V30 combo works very well, I think I'm right in saying you've just done it, is that right and if so do I need to buy one of these G12T 75's and then go looking for a V30 ?

    b.) makes me sound like an utterly humorless fool !

    Right let's try this again,

    I see that in the thread about combining 12" drivers you say that you've just combined a V30 & a G12T75.

    Do you like the combo ? I've had one of the Harley Benton 2x12's with the 2 V30's in it, thought that was ace. Before that I had a Marshall 1936 and thought that sounded like an awful, boxy, barking thing, and recently I very briefly had a Montage Intro 2x12 which had two WGS drivers in it a Reaper 55hz and a Veteran. quite liked that.

    Looking to put together a 2x12, quite like V30's, quite like the idea of mixing drivers a bit, @ICBM says that the G12 75 is a good mix with a V30, tempted to get the ball rolling by buying one of your G12T 75's just wondered if you had any intel ?

    They are from a marshall 1960B cab, i'm selling 2 of them and putting v30s in instead to have the mix, they sound great together. I can do pics tomorrow, i'm in cheshire 2 mins from m6 j19

    One a piece is fine, i only have one box until my new v30 arrives next week though!

    The other one is still in my 4x12, but is identical to this one.
