Does anyone own or have played one of the Takamine Thermal Top guitars?

I'm really interested in checking out the CP7MO-TT model, but every Takamine dealer website I've looked on has stated that these guitars are pre-order only, so you can't just walk in and try one. Being as it's £1500, I wouldn't really want to pre-order one to find that it's not for me.

 Any ideas.
