Need some advice choosing a new guitar

What's Hot
Been looking for a new guitar for months now but I can't seem to find the right thing for myself. Trying to find a small body guitar(anything parlour to 000) suited mostly to fingerstyle. Got a budget of about £350-400 as I can't take too much out uni funds. Anyone got any suggestions?

They do various 000s. I played a mahogany one (a 00015 IIRC) that was particularly good.

+1 on the Sigma. I play mostly fingerstyle and have the mahogany 000. Sweet woody tone. Punches well above it's weight for the money.

  • You might be able to bag a used Yamaha LS16 for £400. Otherwise go for a Sigma.

I've got a soft spot for the "super folk" shaped Tanglewood guitars. They sound lovely and play like a dream.

The Vintage V300 is extremely good for the money, too.

Great choice - the one I played was massively better than it should have been for the price. Glad you’re happy with your purchase.
