Up for trades is this lovely Wienbrock ME-3 PRO head. Wienbrock are a tiny British 'boutique' amp company building p2p handwired guitar amps. I am interested in P90 equipped Gibson's, Firebirds or something else.. What have you got??? Could be tempted by a Plexi style amp too or maybe an ISO cab or studio equipment? Feel free to make me some offers
Anyway here is some info :
ME-3 PRO is a 50's vintage-voiced, valve rectfied head with lots of punch and clarity. 2 Volumes,1 normal & one bright. Balancing these 2 controls gives huge scope for tonal experimentation. 1 Tone control, Vintage/Modern-switch. 100% all valve design.
19 Watts of pure 50s tone!
Here is the Wienbrock ME-3 PRO :
Base theme by DesignModo & ported to Powered by Vanilla by Chris Ireland, modified by the "theFB" team.

Can you confirm what Valves this one has??
Pete, this is your old one I traded for the marshall VM, it does indeed sound lovely, cranked or not!
ah, that was my amp before Pete had it. Sounded lovely, Rob had no ME-3 faceplates in stock when he made it for me, so used an ME-3 Pro faceplate. Later on, I got an ME-4, with 4 6L6s, so didn't need the ME-3 any longer
I think I got him to voice it with less mids, but still best used with a Celestion Gold or some other Alnico driver I think.
Check what phase splitter valve it has, I might have put in a low-gain one, and I've since found they don't last as long, and hurt the tone when they start to deteriorate.
